German Immersion Program

German Immersion classes (IC) are available for students in grades 1 to 6:

  • Grades 1-5 (1st year IC):
    • Tuition Fee: $15,121
    • Supervision fee: $2,189
    • Total Fees: $17,310
  • Grades 2-6 (2nd year IC):
    • Tuition Fee: $13,736
    • Supervision fee: $2,189
    • Total Fees: $15,925

 

Additional Notes and Fees

  1. Registration fee: $200 (initial registration).
  2. Re-enrolment fee: $50 (yearly re-enrolment).
  3. Family Fund Contribution: $2,600 (payable once per family upon initial registration starting in kindergarten). A corresponding donation receipt will be issued.
  4. Registration and re-enrolment fees as well as the Family Fund contribution are not refundable.
  5. Occasional use of the after-school program (Preschool/Kindergarten: $30/day; Grades 1–6: $20/day).
  6. PED Day Supervision available for preschool, kindergarten and grades 1 to 6: $50/day.
  7. Students must be fully registered and have no outstanding fees to receive report cards or evaluations.

Terms and Regulations

  1. Prorated Tuition: If a student starts or leaves mid-year, fees are calculated based on the first or last full month of attendance.
  2. Payment options:
    • One instalment in September
    • Two instalments (September & February)
    • Ten equal payments monthly with pre-authorized payments (September-June)
  3. Late Payments: Interest of 2% monthly applies to outstanding amounts.
  4. Returned Payment Fee: $30 for any rejected EFTs or returned cheques.
  5. Extracurricular Activities: Once registered, participation becomes binding, and no refunds are issued.
